By downloading or using the Expenzio Android app (com.expenzio) or visiting www.expenzio.in, you agree to these Terms with Expenzio Technologies (Gondal, Rajkot, Gujarat, India).

1. The service

Expenzio provides local-first business bookkeeping tools on Android. Features may change. We may require minimum app versions for security or compatibility.

2. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter, for keeping backups, and for complying with tax and accounting laws applicable to your business. The app is a tool — not professional accounting or legal advice.

3. Access, suspension & blocking

We may allow, restrict, or block a device or company account metadata on our servers (for example for abuse, policy violations, or operational reasons). Blocking may prevent continued use of online features such as registration, updates messaging, or push notifications. See our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer, abuse our APIs, attempt unauthorized access, or use the app for unlawful purposes.

5. Intellectual property

Expenzio name, logos, and software are owned by Expenzio Technologies. You receive a limited license to use the app as distributed via Google Play.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The app and website are provided “as is” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, Expenzio Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of business data on your device.
